THE EFFECT OF PRODUCT QUALITY ON CONSUMER SATISFACTION OF DAIRY COW MILK IN KSU KARYA NUGRAHA, KUNINGAN REGENCY

This study aimed to determine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction of dairy cow's milk at KSU Karya Nugraha, Kuningan Regency. The research method used is a descriptive approach with quantitative research methods. The sample used was 96 respondents, who took the sample using the lameshow formula. SPSS V.26 Software for Windows assisted in this research. The results of this study indicate that KSU Karya Nugraha's product quality is good, KSU Work Nugraha's customer. satisfaction is reasonable, and product quality influences customer satisfaction at KSU Work Nugraha.

THE INTEREST OF GENERATION Z STUDENTS AT THE FACULTY OF AGRICULTURE, UNS, TO WORK IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR AND FACTORS INFLUENCING IT

The predominantly aging farmers in agriculture are apparent due to the youth's low interest in the sector, where it was found that only 6 out of 100 Generation Z-ers in Indonesia are interested in working in agriculture. This study aims to map the interest of 122 Generation Z students at the Faculty of Agriculture, Sebelas Maret University (UNS), to work in the agricultural sector and investigate factors influencing their interest in working in the agricultural industry using a binary logistic regression model. The results of this study revealed that 86 students are interested in working in the agricultural sector, where perception of work in the agricultural sector (X₁) and student environment (X₃) influence their interest in working in the agricultural sector. Surprisingly, motivation to work in the agricultural sector (X₂) and family environment (X₄) did not influence their interest in working there. This study provides valuable insight into how these factors influence youth's interest in working in the agricultural sector, especially amongst Generation Z students at the Faculty of Agriculture, Sebelas Maret University. Hence, further facilitations for interested students and efforts amplifying creative agriculture development programs involving students are needed

Humusu Wini Village is one of the villages in North Insana District, North Central Timor Regency which uses subsidized fertilizers. The types of subsidized fertilizers used by farmers in Humusu Wini Village are Urea and NPK fertilizers. This study aims to determine the decision to purchase subsidized fertilizers, use of subsidized fertilizers and preferences for the use of subsidized fertilizers for rice farmers in Humusu Wini Village, North Insana District, North Central Timor Regency. This research was carried out in Humusu Wini Village from July 2022 to completion. ANALYSIS OF AGRICULTURAL SECTOR BASE IN MALANG REGENCY WITH GRDI AND LABOR INDICATORS

IndonesiIndonesia is a country that has abundant natural wealth. Agriculture plays an important role in the national economy. This study aims to determine whether the agricultural sector in Malang Regency is a leading sector and can become the basis and wheel of the regional economy in the present and the future with GRDP and Labor indicators. The analytical methods used are Location Quotient (LQ) and Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ). Based on the results of LQ GRDI analysis at constant prices for 2015-2022, it proves that the agricultural sector in Malang Regency is a leading sector with an LQ value > 1.37, the leading sub-sectors are Horticultural Crops 3.70, Livestock 2.38, and Agricultural Services with a value of 1.77, the absorption of agricultural workers in Malang Regency is not appropriate because it shows LQ <1. Based on the DLQ method, the farm sector will become a non-basic sector in the future because it shows a DLQ of 0.61, and the five agricultural sub-sectors in Malang Regency, namely food crops 0.57, horticulture 0.68, plantations 0.62, livestock 0.66 and farming and hunting services 0.54 are non-basic sectors in the future.a is a country that has abundant natural wealth, agriculture plays an important role in the national economy. ANALYSIS OF ASSET GROWTH AND CAPITAL STRUCTURE THAT AFFECT PROFITABILITY IN RUMAH HIDROPONIK TANJUNGPURA BERDIKARI (RHTB)

This study aims to find out: 1) Asset growth as measured by the asset growth formula at RHTB 2022. 2) Capital structure as measured using the debt to equity Ratio formula at RHTB 2022. 3) Profitability as measured by Return on Equity at RHTB 2022. 4) The effect of asset growth and capital structure is measured using the classic assumption test and hypothesis testing. The method used in this research is an associative method with a quantitative approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data, obtained through interviews and financial report documentation. The analytical tool used is ratio analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that: 1) asset growth as measured using the asset growth formula in the 2022 RHTB is in an increase of 3.24% from the previous year. 2) The capital structure as measured using the debt to equity ratio in the 2022 RHTB is in the "Good" category, which is worth 0.037 because it is less than the standard debt to equity ratio, which is 1%. 3) Profitability as measured by Return On Equity at RHTB 2022 is also in "Good" condition, namely 72% because it exceeds the standard Return On Equity ratio of 40%. 4) The effect of asset growth and capital structure simultaneously has no effect and partially between asset growth and capital structure there is no significant effect, while there is a significant effect between capital structure and profitability.

Gacoan Noodles is a business that provides a menu of spicy noodles at different levels. Gacoan Noodles has 255 branches spread across 15 major cities in Indonesia. These spicy noodles are increasingly popular in society, especially among young people, so many eating places have sprung up that provide food like Gacoan noodles. The objectives of this research are: (1) to analyze the factors that influence consumer satisfaction with Gacoan Noodle Pajajaran, Bogor City, (2) to analyze the influence of service, price, and location on consumer satisfaction with Gacoan Noodles Pajajaran, Bogor City. The analytical method used is the Multiple Linear Regression and Classical Assumption Test. The results of the study concluded that (1) Service, price, and location have an influence on consumer satisfaction at Gacoan Noodles Pajajaran, Bogor City, (2) The influence of service and location has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction, while the influence of price has no significant influence.

FEASIBILITY OF UD BANANA RAMBAK BUSINESS LIDIA AMIDST THE RAPID COMPETITION FOR MSMES IN MALANG REGENCY

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a form of business currently attracting various parties' attention. This is because MSMEs have a strategic role in national economic development by contributing to the country's economic growth and providing jobs for workers. This research investigates the Rambak agro-industry. Lidia is in Ngipik Hamlet, Kanigoro Village, Pagelaran District, and Malang Regency. The aim of this research is to evaluate the value of rambak business. Lidia Ngipik Hamlet, Kanigoro Village, Pagelaran District, Malang Regency. This research uses cost, revenue, and profit analysis formulas to analyze the data. However, to calculate business feasibility, the formula used is cost income (R/C) and Break Even Points (BEP). The research results show that the agro-industry rambak. Lidia incurs production costs of 31,121,333 rupiah monthly, with fixed costs of 6,646,333 rupiah and variable expenses of 24,475,000 rupiah. Thus, the data analysis results show the average income in the Rambak agro-industry. Lidia is Rp. 40,878,667 rupiah every month. According to the business feasibility ratio (R/C) calculation, namely the comparison between revenue and total costs, the (R/C) ratio value is 2.313, or 2.313, greater than 1. The Break Event Point (BEP) unit is 6,655,922.7981 for premium retail, 6,658,324.573 for premium wholesale, and 6,664,267,410 for kW 2, and Break Event Point (BEP) rupiah of 6,655,922.7981 for premium retail, 146,327 kg for premium wholesale, and 187,638 kg for kW 2.
