PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA PERMATA WEDDING ORGANIZER

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Permata Wedding organizer. Sampel diambil dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner dengan teknik purposive sampling kepada 30 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Permata Wedding organizer.
