Formulasi Masker Peel Off Ekstrak Kulit Batang Nangka (Artocarpus heterophyllus L.) Sebagai Anti Jerawat

Telah dilakukan formulasi masker peel off ekstrak kulit batang nangka (Artocarpus heterophyllus L) sebagai antijerawat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas ekstrak kulit batang nangka dalam sediaan masker peel off dengan konsentrasi ekstrak 2%,4%,6%,8% terhadap bakteri penyebab jerawat yaitu Staphylococcus aureus dan Propionibacterium acnes. Uji aktivitas antibakteri dilakukan dengan metode sumuran dan diamati zona hambatannya. Evaluasi masker peel off meliputi pengamatan organoleptik, homogenitas, pH, uji daya menyebar, uji iritasi kulit, uji viskositas dan uji kecepatan mengering. Berdasarkan pengujian statistik dengan menggunakan SPSS 18,0 (For trial) dengan metode ANAVA dan LSD menunjukan bahwa semua formula berbeda secara bermakna pada taraf signifikansi 95% (p<0,05).Kata kunci :Â Propionibacterium acnes dan Staphylococcus aureus, masker peel offDownloads
