PENGARUH PELARUT CAMPUR ETIL ASETAT DAN N-HEKSAN TERHADAP RENDEMEN DAN KANDUNGAN METABOLIT SEKUNDER EKSTRAK DAUN BIDARA ARAB (Ziziphus sphina-christi L)

Bidara arab (Ziziphus sphina-christi L) merupakan tanaman obat yang belum banyak diketahui masyarakat. Daunnya diketahui mengandung berbagai metabolit sekunder seperti alkaloid, saponin, tanin dan triterpenoid. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu melihat pengaruh perbandingan pelarut campur etil asetat dan n-heksan terhadap rendemen dan kandungan metabolit sekunder dalam ekstrak daun bidara arab (Ziziphus sphina-christi L). Metode penelitian ini yaitu eksperimental laboratorium menggunakan campuran pelarut etil asetat dan n-heksan dengan perbandingan 1:9, 3:7, 5:5, 7:3 dan 9:1 terhadap daun bidara arab, dengan metode maserasi. Hasil rata-rata rendemen ekstrak menggunakan campuran pelarut etil asetat dan n-heksan dengan perbandingan 1:9, 3:7, 5:5, 7:3, dan 9:1 berturut-turut adalah 3,53%, 3,81%, 3,89%, 5,15% dan 3,70%. Hasil penapisan fitokimia ekstrak daun bidara arab positif mengandung senyawa kimia golongan flavonoid dan steroid.Downloads
