IDENTIFIKASI POTENSI DRUG INTERACTION PADA PASIEN STROKE DI RSUD MARGONO SOEKARJO PURWOKERTO

Stroke merupakan penyakit atau gangguan fungsional otak berupa kelumpuhan saraf (deficit neurologic) akibat terhambatnya aliran darah ke otak. Pasien stroke sering memperoleh lebih dari dua macam obat sehingga meningkatkan kemungkinan terjadinya interaksi obat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi interaksi obat (farmakokinetik dan farmakodinamik), severity (keparahan) dan management penanganan kejadian drug interaction sehingga dengan penelitian ini mampu meminimalisir kejadian drug interaction pada pasien stroke di RSUD Margono Soekarjo dengan pemberian terapi yang rasional.Metode penelitian ini adalah observasional retrospektif (1-30 Juli 2019). Data dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan Stockley’s Drug Interaction, Drug Interaction Facts, www.drugs.com database dan Medscape Drug Interactions Checker. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 27 pasien stroke terdapat 77,78% pasien yang mengalami interaksi obat. persentase jenis interaksi obat dengan mekanisme farmakodinamik lebih tinggi sebanyak 36 jenis (61,40%) dibandingkan dengan jenis interaksi obat dengan mekanisme farmakokinetik sebanyak 21 jenis (38,60%) dan tingkat keparahan terbanyak adalah moderate (63,16%).Downloads
