EVALUASI DRUG RELATED PROBLEMs (DRPs) PADA PASIEN VERTIGO PERIFER DI RSUD dr. SOEKARDJO TASIKMALAYA PERIODE JANUARI – APRIL 2018

Sistem keseimbangan membuat manusia mampu menyadari kedudukan terhadap ruangan sekitar. Gangguan sistem keseimbangan akan menimbulkan berbagai keluhan, diantaranya berupa sensasi berputar yang sering disebut vertigo. Meningkatnya kunjungan pasien ke dokter umum terkait gejala vertigo akan lebih tinggi kemungkinan terjadinya Drug Related Problems (DRPs). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik pasien, gambaran umum pengobatan dan mengindentifikasi DRPs terkait penggunaan obat vertigo pada pengobatan pasien vertigo perifer di instalasi rawat jalan RSUD dr Soekardjo Tasikmalaya pada periode Januari–April 2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian noneksperimental deskriptif evaluatif dengan rancangan case series dan menggunakan data retrospektif. Evaluasi penggunaan obat vertigo dianalisis dengan metode subjective, objective, assessment, plan (SOAP). Data 80 pasien vertigo perifer terdiri dari 31 laki-laki (39%) dan 49 perempuan (61%). Golongan obat vertigo yang paling banyak diresepkan yaitu golongan histaminik (37%), antidepresan (1%), analgetik (7%), suplemen (9%), benzodiazepine (16%), Antiemetik (3%), antagonis kalsium (22%), antihistamine (5%).Downloads
