Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

  1. The article published is prepared using a manuscript template.
  2. The article can be written in either English or Indonesian.
  3. Articles written in Indonesian must adhere to the Enhanced Indonesian Spelling System, and the words used in the article must refer to normative language (referred to as the Indonesian dictionary), while for English, it should be checked using a spell checker (American English).
  4. Manuscript Structure: Title; Author's Name along with co-authors (without titles); Abstract; Keywords; Introduction; Methods; Results and Discussion; Conclusion; Acknowledgments (optional); References.
  5. The page limit is 8-15 pages.
  6. Citations in the text and references must follow the format of the article template.
  7. All images, graphics, and tables displayed must follow the font style guidelines and should be of good quality.
  8. The published article must be free from errors, falsification, and plagiarism or self-plagiarism.

Data Storage and Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Data is stored securely on our servers and retained only for as long as necessary for journal operations or as required by law.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share personal data with third parties except in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers assisting in journal operations (e.g., hosting, manuscript submission systems).
  • As required by law or regulatory authorities.
  • For the publication of article metadata (e.g., author names and affiliations, article titles) in relation to article indexing services.
