HEXAGRO publishes one volume per year consisting of two issues.

- Manuscripts can be submitted at any time throughout the year.
- Accepted articles are assigned to the next available issue, depending on the completion of review, revision, and production (see the Peer Review Process).
- Each published article receives a DOI and is immediately available online under the journal's Open Access Policy.
