Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of giving rations containing fermented katuk leaves and tofu dregs on carcass weight and carcass percentage of broiler chickens. This study used 60 DOC broiler chickens which were divided into four treatments and five replications. Each experimental unit consisted of three rats placed in 20 cage plots. The experimental design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments, namely P0 using 100% basal feed without fermenting katuk leaves and tofu dregs; P1 used 90% basal feed with 10% fermented katuk leaves and tofu dregs; P2 uses 85% basal feed with 15% fermented katuk leaves and tofu dregs; P3 uses 80% basal feed with 20% fermented katuk leaves and tofu dregs. The results showed that the use of feed containing fermented katuk leaves and tofu dregs had no significant effect (P>0.05) on carcass weight and however had an effect (P<0.05) on broiler carcass percentage.
